Greyline Property Advisory
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026. A plain-language notice. It is not legal advice; have it reviewed against Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
Who we are
Greyline Property Advisory (“Greyline”, “we”) is a licensed real estate brokerage in Accra, Ghana. Questions about your information can be sent through our Contact page or to info@greylinegh.com.
What we collect
When you contact us through this website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, phone or email, or book a call, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the kind of property help you need (for example area, budget, timeline and purpose), how you heard about us, the time of any call or viewing you book, and anything you write in your messages. If you choose to share your birthday (day and month only), we keep that too so we can send you a note on the day.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange calls and viewings, send confirmations and reminders, follow up on the properties or services you asked about, and keep a record of our conversations in our client management system. After a viewing or a completed deal we may ask you, once or twice, for a short review. We do not sell your information.
Updates and marketing
We only send you new listings, market notes or other updates if you said yes, for example by ticking a box on one of our forms or replying yes on WhatsApp. These boxes are optional and you can still enquire without them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any WhatsApp message to stop updates.
Our WhatsApp assistant
When you message us on WhatsApp, the first replies may come from an automated assistant. It asks a few questions so the right person at Greyline can help you quickly. You can ask to speak to a person at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our client management, email and calendar tools, WhatsApp (Meta), and Google and Meta for website analytics and advertising measurement. With your agreement, we also share details with other parties to a transaction, such as lawyers, or with a trusted partner agent if your request falls outside the areas we cover. Some of these providers store data outside Ghana.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are helping you, and afterwards for as long as we need a record of our work or as the law requires. We regularly review contacts who have been inactive for a long time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Contact us through the Contact page or at info@greylinegh.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact Ghana’s Data Protection Commission.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses cookies needed for embedded tools such as maps, forms, booking calendars and fonts to work. It also uses Google (Analytics and Ads) and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and how our adverts perform, for example when someone sends an enquiry.
