Do I need a lawyer as well as a broker?
Yes — we'll always recommend independent legal review on any purchase, particularly land.
Can I buy remotely if I'm not in Ghana?

How do you price my property?
Based on comparable sales and current market data — and we'll tell you directly if your expectation is above what the data supports.
What if my property doesn't sell quickly?
We'll tell you why, honestly — pricing, presentation, or market conditions.
Land
How do I know a plot's title is legitimate?
This is the first thing we address on any land deal, before we talk price.
Serviced vs. unserviced — what's the difference?
Serviced land has road access and utilities in place or committed; we'll be specific about which a plot actually is.
Renting
What's the typical lease payment structure?
Many leases require one to two years paid upfront — we'll walk you through what's typical and negotiable.
Do you vet tenants for landlords?
